When you submit an application or contact us, we may collect your name, role, country or residency, Telegram or WhatsApp contact, answers to application questions, selected accommodation package, support messages and related technical metadata.

2. How We Use Data

We use this information to review applications, contact applicants, administer the Talents.City program, coordinate accommodation and community activities, respond to support requests, improve the website and keep operational records.

3. Who Can Access Data

Access is limited to Talents.City administrators and trusted service providers who need the information for operations, hosting, database storage, notifications, support or program coordination.

4. Telegram and WhatsApp

If you provide Telegram or WhatsApp contacts, we may use them to communicate with you about your application, support questions and program logistics. Messages sent to support may be forwarded to administrators so they can reply.

5. Storage and Security

Application data is stored in a protected database and may also be transmitted through services such as Vercel, PostgreSQL hosting and Telegram notifications. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely risk-free.

6. Retention

We retain application and support data for as long as reasonably needed for review, communication, program administration, legal compliance and operational records, unless deletion is requested and we are not required to keep it.

7. Your Choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or compliance reasons.
